ISN 1521 - Inductive rotation sensorBasic on the long-time operating experience with the previous type ISN 521 was developed more modern type conserving all especial characteristics of its precursor and permitting the additional measurement and presentation of measured revolutions and revolutions value transmission (analog or by means of the communication). The ISN 1521 inductive rotation sensor is determined for the revolutions measurement, detection of shafts rotation slowing-down or stop or slowing-down and stop of ferromagnetic objects periodic movement, namely till the environment temperature 130 °C. It is especially constructed for a high sensitivity and therefore it permits higher distance of the sensor from the monitored objects than it is by inductive sensors usually used. Typical operating lenghts are (80-150) mm. The high sensitivity also permits to scan e.g. worm rotatory movement over the trench wall c. 5 mm without the necessary to bore the aperture. Another example is vibrations control, resp. the control of device peak-to-peak amplitude such as the sorting machine, vibrating screen etc. Alternately is possible to deliver double sensors with the detection of rotation run. The sensor set, power supplied from mains of 230 V, 50 Hz, consist of the basic module type ISN 1521 and the sensor type ISN520. The sensor is equipped by the cable with lenght of 5 m (standard version). The electronics ISN 1521 is equipped by the microcomputer unit with the display, signaling LED indicators and buttons for parameters setting. On the display are presented shaft revolutions or frequency of pulses in Hz. The sensor has selectable output by replacing of output module:
