JPK 2.2. - Single-channel vibration monitorThe JPK 2.2 monitor is determined for the permanent single-channel vibration measurement and signalization of limits overload in industrial conditions in the large range of outdoor and operating temperatures. The set is created by an industrial vibration sensor with cable in the protective tubing and the box of electronics. Signal processing controlled by the microprocessor permits the large selection of measured ranges, frequency bands and methods of measured quantity processing. The service makes easy the interior display unit of measured value. The output signal is galvanically separated in the standard level (4-20) mA or (0-10)V. The electronics covers also the interior diagnostics with the relay output for the indication of electronics or sensor failure. It is possible to set two operating limits as a user. Their overload is remote signalized by the closure of relay contacts. The JPK can be connected directly to signalling or protective machine circuits. As the extension can be applicated also the signal transmission by the communication channel RS 485 with the standard or user´s protocol. With a connection with the MODEM Router, communication channel RS 485 can be used also for the remote monitoring of machine operation (e.g. monitoring by the telephone). For the connection of exterior analyzers is determined the alternating output on the BNC connector.
