Transducers boxes MSP

For venilators and rotary machines operation monitoring is in many cases used the direct connection with control systems and data collection systems by means of the analog signal transmission. The MSP has to permit the monitoring and processing of all necessary quantities in the only one device without concern. The MSP box operating is suitable in conditions, where signals processing in place of machine (e.g. local switching-off in case of failure) or local display of operating values isn´t required.

In the MSP box are placed all necessary transducers from sensors at standard industrial levels (current, voltage) usable for the long-distance transmissions. The MSP contains also another necessary elements such as power supply sources, protective system, terminal clamps etc. The MSP box provides the sealing IP 65 and is suitable for operating temperatures range corresponding with heavy industrial conditions.

The MSP box elements are set according to the concrete necessary of monitored quantities. Typically are monitored vibrations, bearings temperatures, bearings roller pads status and eventual other quantities permitting the machine operation status monitoring. The part of delivery are also necessary connceting cables and sensors.

The MSP special versions with the enhanced fire resistance, required e.g. for tunnels and subway are also available. The special version of MSP are also MSP boxes for environment with the explosive risk both for group I (mining) and II (surface device).

The other version of transducers box is the version with a data transmission in some of industrial data protocols (RS 485 - ModBus etc.). The industrial communication permits to restrict the number of connecting cables and increases the volume of transmitted data..
