Piezoelectric accelerometers

Accelerometers are determined for the measurement of vibration in the range from 0,1 Hz to 10 kHz and in temperatures to 260°C. The construction of sensors, temperature resistance, offer of cables and volume of accessories permit the large volume of usage from laboratories over technical consoles to permanent installation in heavy industrial conditions. The novelty in this sphere is special sensors design for aircrafts and seismic measurement.

The electrical charge equal to the acceleration is the sensor´s admission valve. This sensor is characterized by the high resonant frequency, low temperature apmlitude and magnetic field sensitivity. Sensor´s active element is a piezoelectric disc of annular ring shape, stressed for the shear. The system of electrodes and configuration of its elements provides compensation of the primary pyroelectric charge, engendering with temperature changes. Elements configuration and version of their joint is patently saved.

All types of accelerometers are connected by the standard MICRODOT 10-32 UNF connector. Sensors for the industrial environment have the elementary part created by the integral component of the cover with a flexible tubing providing the sealing IP 65. Design of the tubing also provides enhanced fire protection.
